They highlighted the importance of collaboration, better questions, and more transparent communication across the logistics and insurance chain.<br /><br />Artificial intelligence was viewed as both helpful and risky. It can improve verification, recovery, and analysis, but it can also accelerate fraud if relied on blindly. The speakers stressed that human review remains essential.<br /><br />The session ended with audience Q&A on double brokering, primary non-contributory language, FMCSA background checks, MFA security, and cyber-related theft. The discussion concluded that cyber risk is increasingly central to transportation claims and future insurance solutions.
